Dear Internet,

Hi! I’m really excited to be here. Well, mostly excited about getting paid to blog. This is a deal I didn’t have when I was a high school punk with a livejournal. Then again, my time wasn’t worth much back then…all I really did was sit around doing homework and editing my Myspace profile. Now I’m a “legit” (as we say in California) film major with projects under my belt and a decent idea of how to frame a shot. Hopefully, with this blog I’ll be able to impart to you some of the passion I have for this crazy major, and the reason why I didn’t do something “sensible” that I could easily get a job in. People of the world, welcome to my cinematic blog.
